This Refund Policy applies to all purchases made through our platform, operated under the name ManiaServers.
All payments are made per month, with users able to select the number of months they wish to purchase in advance. Each server must be renewed manually for continued service beyond the purchased period. Once payment is completed, the server is automatically activated and available for immediate use.
Refunds are only granted under the following circumstances:
No refunds will be issued for servers that have been successfully created and used, or if the customer decides to stop using the service before the end of the purchased period.
To request a refund, please contact our support team through our Discord ticket system for the fastest response. If you are unable to access Discord, you may also reach us by email at maniaservers.pay@gmail.com.
All refund requests must include your server login and/or ID and a clear description of the issue. We aim to review and respond to all refund requests within 1–5 business days.
