Refund Policy

This Refund Policy applies to all purchases made through our platform, operated under the name ManiaServers.

1. Payment and Service Activation

All payments are made per month, with users able to select the number of months they wish to purchase in advance. Each server must be renewed manually for continued service beyond the purchased period. Once payment is completed, the server is automatically activated and available for immediate use.

2. Refund Eligibility

Refunds are only granted under the following circumstances:

  • A verified technical issue prevents the server from being delivered or used properly.
  • An order mistake (for example, the wrong game was selected at checkout).

No refunds will be issued for servers that have been successfully created and used, or if the customer decides to stop using the service before the end of the purchased period.

3. Refund Process

To request a refund, please contact our support team through our Discord ticket system for the fastest response. If you are unable to access Discord, you may also reach us by email at maniaservers.pay@gmail.com.

All refund requests must include your server login and/or ID and a clear description of the issue. We aim to review and respond to all refund requests within 1–5 business days.

4. Non-Refundable Cases

  • Change of mind or decision to stop using the service before the end of the purchased period.
  • Any reduction in the number of player slots for a server that has already been paid for, even if multiple months remain. In such cases, adjustments may be applied to extend the server based on the price difference, but no refund will be issued.
  • Issues caused by external factors such as network instability, local hardware, or software configurations outside our control.
  • Delays or interruptions due to maintenance or updates announced in advance.
